Where do we service?

What are our rates?
Estimates: For medium and large size projects like room remodels or panel swaps to entire home or office construction, we recommend an estimate. That way you get the terms and prices laid out up front so you know you're getting a good product for a good price (If you get an estimate, the work will only be done by that price. We will not come back and do that work at an hourly rate). Depending upon the scope of the work, location of the job, and how busy we are, there may be a small fee for the estimate - call for details.
Hourly rates: When companies offer an up front price, they factor into that price the time it takes to bid the job. If a job only takes an hour or two, you might end up paying more for the estimate than the actual work! That's why for smaller jobs and work that requires troubleshooting, we strongly recommend hourly rates to keep your cost as low as possible.
Our hourly rates are done with a minimum 1 hour charge, with a flat hourly rate after that. Call us anytime and we will tell you our rates up front - believe it or not, some contractors will not do this!
